APC Concludes Ondo Reps Primaries, Releases Full Scores of Aspirants Across Nine Federal Constituencies
The All Progressives Congress has officially concluded its House of Representatives primary elections across the nine federal constituencies of Ondo State, releasing the full scores recorded by all aspirants who participated in the exercise.
Chairman of the Ondo State APC 2026 National Assembly Primary Election Committee, Iboroma Harry Dabibi, announced the results during a press briefing on Sunday, describing the exercise as peaceful, transparent and credible.
Dabibi said the committee successfully completed the first phase of its assignment as mandated by the party’s National Working Committee, noting that the conduct of the primaries reflected the APC’s commitment to internal democracy and unity ahead of the 2027 general elections.
According to him, the committee arrived in Ondo State on May 15, 2026, with a clear mandate to conduct free, fair and credible elections in line with the party constitution and the 2026 Electoral Act.
He commended the leadership and members of the APC in Ondo State for maintaining peace and discipline throughout the exercise, stating that the orderly conduct of the primaries demonstrated political maturity within the party.

The committee ruled that votes recorded for Ategbole were invalid because he was not cleared by the screening committee. Consequently, Adefarati, who secured the highest valid votes, was declared winner.

He urged all stakeholders to work together toward ensuring victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all APC National Assembly candidates in Ondo State during the 2027 general elections.
