Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited has reinforced its commitment to operational excellence with a two-day capacity building programme for its workforce, aimed at improving professionalism and service delivery.
The training, held between April 14 and 15, 2026, at the company’s corporate headquarters, was facilitated by Hospitrane Training and Consulting.
The programme covered key areas such as work ethics and professional conduct, communication and interpersonal skills, time management, and personal organization. Other focus areas included teamwork, emotional intelligence, initiative, and integrity.
A senior company official described the initiative as a strategic step toward sustaining quality service. “This training is part of our deliberate effort to equip our staff with the right skills and mindset required to meet global standards,” the official said.
Also speaking, a facilitator from Hospitrane Training and Consulting noted the importance of continuous learning in today’s workplace. “Organizations that invest in people development are better positioned to achieve long-term success and operational efficiency,” the facilitator said.
