WRONGFULLY ACCUSED: Ahmed Yusuf Muhammad and the Russian Flag

on

The family of Ahmad Yusuf Muhammad, a 21-year-old innocent bystander, has vehemently denied his involvement in the mass production of Russian flags in Kano for the EndBadGovernment protest for which he was arrested by the Department of State Services (DSS).

Despite the DSS’s claims, Ahmad’s brother, Nasiru Yusuf Muhammad, insists that his sibling was not a tailor and had never even handled a sewing machine.

Nasiru revealed that Ahmad was a used water sachet recycling dealer, working directly under him, and had no connection to the alleged flag production. The family suspects that Ahmad may have been coerced into making a false confession due to trauma or fear.

The DSS’s actions have raised questions about their investigation and the true motives behind Ahmad’s arrest. The family is demanding a thorough investigation and justice for Ahmad, who they claim is innocent.

“We appeal to the authorities to critically examine this case and release Ahmad. He is not a tailor and has not committed any offense,” Nasiru said.

The incident has sparked outrage and concerns about the DSS’s methods and the protection of citizens’ rights. As the investigation continues, the public demands answers and justice for Ahmad Yusuf Muhammad.
