Tantita Recognised for Excellence, Wins NUJ Legacy Award

OPOROZA, the traditional headquarters of Gbaramatu kingdom, the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Delta State Council, has honoured Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited with its Legacy Company Award, in recognition of the firm’s contributions to security and community development in the Niger Delta.

The award was presented at the grand finale of the Amaseikumor Festival held in Oporoza, the traditional headquarters of Gbaramatu Kingdom.

Receiving the award on behalf of the company, Managing Director Kestin Pondi thanked the NUJ for the recognition, describing it as “a reflection of the company’s enduring commitment to service, professionalism and the development of host communities.”

This honour will further motivate us to sustain our efforts in safeguarding critical national assets and supporting peace in the region,” Pondi said.

The NUJ stated that the award is reserved for organisations with a proven track record of excellence, integrity and long-term impact on society.

The ceremony formed part of activities marking the annual cultural festival, which attracted traditional rulers, government officials, industry stakeholders and members of the public.
