The Movement for the Rights of Arogbo-Ibe (MRAI) has extended its heartfelt congratulations to High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, Ph.D., first Ph.D Holder to steer the affairs of PAP on his one-year anniversary as the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
In a statement signed by Hosea T. Ebikontei, Coordinator of MRAI, and Bomi Stanley, Secretary of MRAI, the group acknowledged Dr. Otuaro’s remarkable leadership and wealth of experience in steering the affairs of the PAP.
“As the first Ph.D. holder to occupy this esteemed position, Dr. Otuaro has brought intellectual depth and strategic vision to the programme, ensuring that it remains a vital instrument for peace, development, and youth empowerment in the Niger Delta,” the statement read.
The MRAI further commended his efforts in fostering sustainable development and reintegration initiatives, which have significantly impacted ex-agitators and the region at large.
The group reaffirmed its support for Dr. Otuaro’s leadership, expressing confidence in his continued commitment to enhancing the Amnesty Programme for the benefit of all stakeholders.
Concluding, the MRAI seek for the spirit of Egbesu, the revered deity of the Niger Delta, to grant him continued strength, wisdom, and success in his leadership journey. They also urged him to remain focused on his good works and not be distracted by detractors.
