EFCC Declares ‘Tinubu Support Group Coordinator (City Boy Movement)’ Wanted Over Alleged Job Scam
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has declared Halimat Adenike Tejuosho wanted over alleged fraud linked to job and contract scams.
In a statement, the anti-graft agency said the 41-year-old suspect is being sought in connection with an ongoing investigation into obtaining money by false pretence.
Tejuosho, a Lagos indigene, was last known to reside at Aso Grove Estate, Maitama Extension, Abuja.
The EFCC called on members of the public to provide useful information about her whereabouts to the commission or any nearest security agency.
According to the EFCC, Tejuosho was previously investigated over allegations that she collected money from unsuspecting victims under the guise of securing federal government jobs and contracts.
She was reportedly interrogated in June 2025 after complaints surfaced that she issued fake appointment letters and forged documents to convince victims.
The suspect, said to be the founder of Haleems Integrated Services Limited, was earlier granted administrative bail while investigations continued.
Following her declaration as wanted, the City Boy Movement announced her immediate suspension as the South-West Zonal Coordinator of its women’s wing.
In a statement, the group said the decision was necessary to protect its integrity and ensure that investigations proceed without interference.
The organisation reiterated its commitment to ethical standards, stressing that it would not tolerate any form of misconduct capable of damaging its reputation.
The EFCC continues its investigation as efforts intensify to locate and apprehend the suspect.
