Tantita Commended as International Scouts, Organisers Pay Appreciation Visit Over Delta Unifiers Cup Sponsorship
Organisers of the Delta Senators Unifiers Cup, alongside international football scouts, paid an appreciation visit to Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited at our corporate headquarters.
The delegation, led by ex-Super Eagles international Onoriode “Gold” Omagufi, included the organising team from 3D Global Limited and scouts from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Slovenia, reflecting growing international interest in the Tantita-sponsored grassroots tournament.
They commended Tantita’s sponsorship, noting the competition goes beyond football to drive talent discovery, youth empowerment, and global exposure.
Coach Jonathan Endurance of VC Herentals Belgium described the tournament as a bridge between grassroots talent and the global stage, helping steer youths away from pipeline vandalism, oil theft, and illegal bunkering.
Emmanuel Akpule, Personal Secretary to Tantita’s General Manager of Operations, emphasised inclusivity through collaboration with the Delta Football Association and Local Government Chairmen to ensure participation from rural and riverine communities, to advance unity through fair representation.
Juoko Gorissen, a scout from the Netherlands, advised expanding the tournament’s branding to attract broader support, while Tantita’s Administrative Manager, Ms. Daisy Jaja, echoing the company’s vision, proposed renaming it to “Delta Unifiers Cup” and extending future editions across other states of the Niger Delta.
Okafor Kingsley, VC Herentals player and licensed scout, praised Tantita’s investment in youth development through sports and emphasized its wider economic impact.
With the Delta Unifiers Cup gaining momentum since April 17, 2026, the visit underscores strengthened collaboration and expanding opportunities for youths, reinforcing Tantita’s commitment to connecting local vision with global opportunity and develop the next generation of football stars powered by Tantita.
