Oborevwori Celebrates Guwor’s 47th Birthday, Highlights Legislative-Executive Synergy
Delta State Governor, His Excellency, Sheriff Oborevwori, has congratulated the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, on his 47th birthday, commending his leadership and contributions to governance in the state.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, Oborevwori described Guwor as a “dedicated and result-oriented leader” whose stewardship of the Assembly has strengthened legislative-executive relations.
The governor said the Speaker has played a key role in promoting stability and ensuring the smooth passage of laws that support the administration’s development agenda.
“Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor has shown remarkable commitment to duty and has continued to provide purposeful leadership for the Delta State House of Assembly,” Oborevwori said.
He noted that the existing cooperation between the legislature and the executive has contributed significantly to peace, progress, and good governance in the state.
Oborevwori added that Guwor’s ability to foster unity among members of the Assembly has enhanced its effectiveness and public trust.
He wished the Speaker good health and many more years of service to Delta State and the nation.
Guwor, who marks his 47th birthday, currently serves as Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and is regarded as an influential figure in the state’s legislative arm.
