In a historic recognition of service and dedication, His Imperial Majesty, Pere Doubra Zacchaeus, Esq. (JP), the Agadagba and Paramount Ruler of Arogbo-Ijaw Kingdom, has elevated Chief Goto Dallas Excellent Oweikimi, popularly known as “The Living Rock,” to the distinguished rank of High Chief and conferred upon him the revered title of Ebimiyen of Arogbo-Ijaw Kingdom.
High Chief Oweikimi, the new Ebimiyen of Arogbo-Ijaw Kingdom, is a respected community leader and former Councillor of Ukparama Ward 2 in Ese-Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State. He currently serves as the Deputy Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Ese-Odo Local Government, where he has continued to demonstrate remarkable leadership and unwavering commitment to the growth and unity of his people.
The promotion, which was conferred during the grand celebration of Arogbo Day Festival on the 30th of September 2025, further cements High Chief Oweikimi’s place as a pillar of strength, service, and pride within the Arogbo-Ijaw Kingdom, earning him admiration across the Niger Delta.
