The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has extended warm felicitations to the Chairman of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, on the occasion of his 54th birthday.

In a statement issued by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr. Igoniko Oduma, Dr. Otuaro described Tompolo as “a humble, selfless, and exceptional leader” whose life has been devoted to the emancipation, defense, and development of the Ijaw nation and the Niger Delta at large.

Tompolo’s sacrifices and contributions to the socio-economic and political growth of the Ijaw nation and the entire Niger Delta are monumental and unquantifiable,” Otuaro stated.

He praised Tompolo’s unwavering commitment to peace, unity, and stability in the region, noting that his efforts through Tantita Security Services have been instrumental in curbing crude oil theft and safeguarding national assets. According to Otuaro, these actions have led to significant increases in Nigeria’s oil revenue and overall economic stability.

Dr. Otuaro also highlighted the social impact of Tompolo’s leadership, citing the engagement of over 40,000 Niger Delta youths through security-related employment and other empowerment initiatives. He commended Tompolo’s investments in education and youth development, including scholarship schemes and support for viable ventures aimed at securing a better future for young people in the region.

Describing him as the Izon-Ebi Dou Keme of the Ijaw nation, Otuaro hailed Tompolo as a philanthropist, a cultural custodian, and an enduring source of inspiration for the youth.

His strong and unapologetic belief in Ijaw tradition and cultural heritage continues to serve as a pillar of his spiritual grounding and public service,” he added.

The PAP Administrator urged Tompolo to remain steadfast in his commitment to selfless service and to continue upholding his values and philanthropic work.

While congratulating him on the milestone, Dr. Otuaro prayed for continued strength and success for Tompolo in the years ahead.
