The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has extended warm felicitations to President Bola Tinubu on his 73rd birthday, lauding his contributions to Nigeria’s democratic development.
Dr. Otuaro described President Tinubu as a visionary leader whose commitment to democratic principles has significantly shaped the nation’s governance. He expressed confidence in Tinubu’s leadership at this pivotal moment, emphasizing the President’s dedication to driving historic reforms and national progress since assuming office in 2023.

Dr. Otuaro noted that the President’s passion for the Niger Delta has been evident in various initiatives, including the signing of the bill establishing the Nigeria Maritime University in Okerenkoko, Delta State, and the Federal University of Environment and Technology in Ogoniland. Additionally, he applauded Tinubu’s support for the South-South Development Commission, the ongoing Coastal Road project, and other regional development efforts.
