PAP Boss Otuaro Hails President Tinubu on 73rd Birthday, Calls for Niger Delta Support

The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has extended warm felicitations to President Bola Tinubu on his 73rd birthday, lauding his contributions to Nigeria’s democratic development.

Dr. Otuaro described President Tinubu as a visionary leader whose commitment to democratic principles has significantly shaped the nation’s governance.
