AIV set to empower 30 sons and daughters of Arogbo-Ijaw Kingdom with digital skills
Arogbo-Ibe Voice Reporters (AIV) is set to empower 30 sons and daughters of Arogbo-Ijaw Kingdom through a digital skills training programme designed to promote youth development, enhance digital competence, and create opportunities for a brighter future.
The initiative was approved at the organisation’s last management meeting as part of AIV’s commitment to community development and the empowerment of young people through relevant, practical, and transformative skills.
In an increasingly digital world, AIV recognises that equipping young people with essential digital skills is a vital investment in their future. Beyond opening doors to employment and entrepreneurship, the initiative seeks to prepare beneficiaries to explore emerging opportunities, contribute meaningfully to society, and become active participants in the digital economy.
The commencement date and other relevant details of the training programme will be communicated in due course. As an organisation committed to informing, inspiring, and advancing the interests of the Arogbo-Ijaw people, AIV believes that true community development goes beyond reporting events; it involves creating opportunities, building capacity, and investing in the future of our people. Beyond reporting the news, we are committed to empowering our people.
