Chief Akogu Omotuwa extended his heartfelt condolences to the former Deputy Governor of Delta State, Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, and High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro Ph.D, Administrator, Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), over the passing of their beloved mother, Late Ma. Pinapina Otuaro (nee Omula).
Late Ma. Pinapina Otuaro was the biological mother of Kingsley Otuaro, while High Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, her stepson. Her death has been met with deep sorrow, being widely regarded as a pillar of strength within the family and the larger community.

In his condolence message, Chief Akogu Omotuwa described the late matriarch as a woman of immense virtue whose legacy of love, resilience, and service to humanity will remain indelible in the hearts of those left behind. He acknowledged her unwavering commitment to family values and significant contributions to societal development.
“The loss of a mother is always a grieving experience, but we take solace in the impactful life Mama Pinapina Otuaro lived. She was a beacon of wisdom, nurturer of unity, and source of strength to her family and the community at large.
I pray that God grants the Otuaro’s family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss and that Mama’s soul finds eternal rest,” He said.
The news of her passing elicited outpouring of condolences from friends, well-wishers, and dignitaries across Delta State, and beyond. No doubt, Many had lauded her life of selflessness, humility, and dedication to the welfare of people around her.
