AIV LAUNCHING: Doctor Kegbe held a Strategic Meeting with Rt. Hon. Ifon, SA on Youth and Student Affairs, to the Hon. Minister of Interior
With a significant move towards fostering collaboration and promoting youth and students’ welfare, Doctor Kegbe, Founder and Publisher of Arogbo-Ibe voice reporters’, held a strategic meeting with the Special Adviser on Youth and students affairs, to the Honorable Minister of Interior, Rt. Hon. Daniel Ifon Samuel.
The meeting took place over the weekend, August 24, 2024, at the Honourable’s office in Uyo, the capital city of Akwa-Ibom State, which represents a significant step towards the highly anticipated event, scheduled for September 27, 2024, in the ancient city of Arogbo, the traditional headquarters of Arogbo ijaw ethnic nationality. During the meeting, Doctor Kegbe requested the SA’s distinguished presence as a special guest.
Doctor Kegbe expressed admiration for Hon. Ifon’s steadfast commitment to the youths , underscoring the critical function of collaborative governance in elevating youth perspectives. “We are impressed with your efforts in empowering young people in the Niger Delta region,” Doctor Kegbe said. “We believe that our media platform shares similar values and goals, and we are excited to collaborate with your office to make a positive impact.”
Hon. Ifon, during his speech, hailed the media’s influential role in driving social change and vowed to offer steadfast support for the prospective gathering.
“I am delighted to partner with this media outlet to promote youth empowerment and development within and outside Akwa Ibom State,” Hon. Ifon said. “Together, we can achieve great things and make a difference in the lives of our young people.”
The meeting is one of the several strategic engagements embarked upon by Doctor Kegbe, as he aims to assemble a coalition of key backers prior to the AIV launch.
It is set to be an epoch-making occasion, featuring keynote addresses, panel discussions, and interactive sessions to provide a platform for stakeholders to engage and explore solutions to some of the multi-faceted issues in the region.
