In a move to ensure accountability and transparency, the National President of the Niger Delta Progressive Youth Leadership Foundation (ND-PYLF), Chief Diplomat Adam E.O.O. Marbo, has directed the Head of Documentation/Data Management, Doctor Kegbe, to collect proper information and data pages of those who have successfully registered for the NDDC internship scheme.
This directive is part of the ND-PYLF’s efforts to ensure that the NDDC internship scheme is implemented fairly and transparently, and that all eligible youths in the Niger Delta region have equal access to the opportunities provided by the scheme.
“As your national president, I have applied to shown good examples to all our respective executives and members who have an interest in following the directives,” said Chief Diplomat Adam E.O.O. Marbo. “We will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that the rights and interests of the youths in the Niger Delta region are protected and promoted.”
The ND-PYLF is a youth-led organization that aims to promote the socio-economic development of the Niger Delta region through advocacy, capacity building, and community engagement. The organization has been at the forefront of advocating for the rights and interests of youths in the region, and has worked closely with government agencies, civil society organizations, and community leaders to promote peace, stability, and development in the region.
The NDDC internship scheme is an initiative of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) aimed at providing skills training and employment opportunities for youths in the Niger Delta region. The scheme has been commended for its potential to reduce unemployment and promote economic growth in the region, but has also faced challenges and controversies in its implementation.
The ND-PYLF’s directive to collect data on successful registrants for the scheme is seen as a move to ensure that the scheme is implemented transparently and accountably, and that all eligible youths have equal access to the opportunities provided.
