Founder of LoveWorld Incorporated, also known as Christ Embassy, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, has shared what he described as a spiritual revelation concerning Nigeria’s 2027 presidential election.
The cleric made the remarks while addressing members of his congregation in a video that has circulated widely online.
According to Oyakhilome, he holds the major presidential contenders in high regard and stated that his comments were not motivated by personal dislike or political bias.
He said all the individuals referenced had contributed meaningfully to the country and deserved respect.
Speaking on the first candidate mentioned in his revelation, the pastor claimed he perceived a spiritual influence operating through the individual.
He stated that during prayer, he received what he described as a symbolic description of the candidate and later reflected on its meaning.
On the second candidate, Oyakhilome claimed he received a warning suggesting that such leadership would have serious consequences for the country.
Regarding the third candidate, the cleric said he perceived a figure who appeared uncertain and fearful about the prospect of victory.
He added that he prayed for strength and courage for the individual.
Oyakhilome declined to reveal the identities of the first and second candidates, citing the sensitivity of his position as a spiritual leader.
According to him, he chose restraint because of his relationship with political figures and his belief that his responsibility is primarily spiritual rather than political.
He, however, encouraged Nigerians to pray for the nation and remain committed to seeking divine direction concerning the future of the country.
The pastor maintained that whenever he believes he has received a spiritual message, he considers it necessary to share it while leaving interpretation and judgment to listeners.
