Education Support: PAP Provides Laptops to Scholarship Beneficiaries at Nigeria Maritime University

Yesterday, the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), under the directive of its dynamic Administrator, Dr. Dennis Otuaro, distributed laptops to its scholarship beneficiaries at the Nigeria Maritime University (NMU), Okerenkoko, Delta State.

The initiative forms part of the Programme’s ongoing commitment to enhancing academic excellence and supporting digital learning among students under its scholarship scheme.

The distribution exercise was carried out by a PAP delegation led by the Special Adviser on Special Projects to the Administrator, Mr. Sokoto Victor, who represented the Administrator at the event. He emphasized the Programme’s resolve to ensure that beneficiaries are adequately equipped with the necessary tools to succeed in their academic pursuits.

Beneficiary students expressed appreciation to the Presidential Amnesty Programme and Dr. Otuaro for the timely intervention, noting that the laptops would significantly aid their studies and research activities.

The Presidential Amnesty Programme reaffirmed its dedication to human capital development, particularly in the Niger Delta, through sustained educational and empowerment initiatives.
