High Chief (Gen.) Lokiri, who also holds the prestigious title of High Chief Ibe Ebi Soudou Owei of Kumbowei Kingdom in Delta State, is widely acknowledged as a Double High Chief; a rare honour that reflects his recognition across two great Ijaw kingdoms.
Originally from Egbema Agalabiri, Tarakiri Clan in Bayelsa State, High Chief Lokiri has long been a respected traditional leader and custodian of Ijaw values.
