In a remarkable recognition that underscores his service and loyalty, His Imperial Majesty, Pere Doubra Zacchaeus, Esq. (JP), the Agadagba and Paramount Ruler of Arogbo-Ijaw Kingdom, has conferred on Gen. Livinus Odudu Lokiri the esteemed title of High Chief, Minyenkirimowei of Arogbo-Ijaw Kingdom.
High Chief (Gen.) Lokiri, who also holds the prestigious title of High Chief Ibe Ebi Soudou Owei of Kumbowei Kingdom in Delta State, is widely acknowledged as a Double High Chief; a rare honour that reflects his recognition across two great Ijaw kingdoms.
Originally from Egbema Agalabiri, Tarakiri Clan in Bayelsa State, High Chief Lokiri has long been a respected traditional leader and custodian of Ijaw values. Known for his courage, wisdom, and dedication to community development, the conferment reflects recognition of his outstanding contributions to the growth and unity of the Arogbo-Ijaw Kingdom and the wider Niger Delta.
