The Head of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Liaison Office in Ondo State, High Chief Sylvester Sofiyegha Ayebi, has extended warm birthday felicitations to Chief (Mrs) Ebimoboere Otuaro, the beloved wife of his boss, High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro Ph.D, the esteemed Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
In a goodwill message made available to the press, High Chief Ayebi described Chief (Mrs) Ebimoboere Otuaro as “a virtuous woman of strength, grace, and a pillar to her husband,” adding that her contributions behind the scenes have been instrumental to the successes recorded in the PAP under the leadership of High Chief Dennis Otuaro.
“Today, I join the host of well-wishers across the Niger Delta and beyond to celebrate the life and achievements of a remarkable woman,” Ayebi stated. “Your warmth, humility, and exemplary lifestyle continue to inspire many. May God bless you with many more years of peace, joy, and fulfillment.”
Chief Ayebi also used the occasion to commend the unwavering support the celebrant continues to offer her husband in his national assignment, describing her as “a silent pillar of strength whose encouragement and counsel are priceless.”
