High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, PhD, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), brought colour, prestige and a strong sense of national symbolism to the Annual New Year Celebration of Oporoza Community, the traditional headquarters of the Gbaramatu Kingdom, as he appeared in the distinctive President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, dressing attire.

The high-profile celebration attracted traditional rulers, community leaders, youths and dignitaries from across the kingdom, showcasing the rich cultural heritage and unity of the Gbaramatu people. Otuaro’s appearance in the Tinubu-style attire was widely viewed as a symbolic expression of national identity, leadership and commitment to inclusive governance.
