We are expecting 90% of total votes in Ondo_Ganduje
The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdulahi Ganduje, has called on party leaders in Ondo State to unite for the success of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, the APC candidate in the upcoming November 16 governorship election.
During a stakeholders meeting of the South-West APC Governors’ Forum in Akure, Ganduje expressed confidence in achieving 90 percent voter turnout and emphasized the importance of knowing the voters in polling units. He assured attendees of support from party leaders, stating that all significant figures in the party are committed to the election.
Ganduje urged party members to move past the primary conflicts and rally behind Aiyedatiwa, emphasizing that the party is fully supportive and organized for a successful election in Ondo State.
Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu praised the unity among party members and commended the aspirants from the April primary for their sportsmanship, urging them to unite for APC’s victory.
Ekiti State Governor Abiodun Oyebanji highlighted the significance of this election as the first in President Bola Tinubu’s region, encouraging stakeholders to work hard for Aiyedatiwa’s success.
Aiyedatiwa expressed gratitude to the leaders and promised to address all suggestions made during the meeting. Meanwhile, APC’s Ondo State Chairman, Mr. Ade Adetimehin, affirmed the party’s unity, declaring, “no faction, no division in Ondo State; we are one.”
