In a strong show of political presence and alignment with the ruling party’s national agenda, High Chief (Hon.) Caleb Ebimobowei Molos, the 6th Executive Chairman of Ese-Odo Local Government Area, on Friday attended the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Convention held in the nation’s capital, Eagle’s square, Abuja.

The high-profile gathering, widely regarded as a defining moment for the APC’s internal cohesion and future strategy, drew influential stakeholders and party leaders from across the country as preparations intensify ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The council’s chairman was seen in the company of the image-makers of Ese-Odo and Ilaje politics, including Hon. D.I. Kekemeke, APC pioneer chairman of Ondo state and the newly elected Chairman of the South West APC; Snr. High Chief Bibopere Ajube (Pathfinder of Arogbo kingdom), Chief Olusola Oke, former governorship candidate of the People’s DemocraticParty (PDP); and Hon. Donald Kimikanboh Ojogo, who represents the Ilaje/Ese-Odo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.

Speaking through his Chief Press Secretary, Denis Pounah, who made this available to our news-room,  indicates that, the visit underscores Hon. Molos’ commitment to strengthening grassroots mobilization and aligning Ese-Odo LGA with the broader vision of the party.

The convention is not just a routine gathering; it is a strategic convergence aimed at reinforcing unity and setting a clear roadmap for electoral success in 2027,” the statement noted.

Political observers say the presence of grassroots leaders like High Chief Molos at the convention signals a deliberate effort by the APC to consolidate support structures at the local government level, considered a critical factor in Nigeria’s electoral dynamics.

The APC National Convention continues to serve as a platform for reaffirming party loyalty, fostering alliances, and shaping policies that will define the party’s trajectory in the coming years.
