According to the statement, President Tinubu will depart for Kebbi on Saturday to inaugurate projects executed by the state governor, Dr Nasir Idris.
The President is also scheduled to headline the 61st edition of the 2026 Argungu International Fishing and Cultural Festival as the Special Guest of Honour.
The festival, staged along the historic Matan Fada riverside, is regarded as one of Africa’s most celebrated cultural events and has been recognised by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
The visit underscores the administration’s support for cultural heritage promotion and ongoing developmental projects at the state level.
