In a bold move to deepen peace-building efforts in the Niger Delta, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro Ph.D, has taken strategic collaboration to the national level.
Dr. Otuaro, known for his results-driven leadership, paid a high-level courtesy visit to Hon. (Engr.) Satomi Ahmed, Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on National Security and Intelligence, who also doubles as the President of the Network of African Parliamentarians for Defence and Security Committees.
The focus of their engagement? Building stronger ties between PAP and national intelligence bodies to enhance human and national security in the Niger Delta.
This meeting marks another bold step in Otuaro’s drive to deliver sustainable peace, regional stability, and lasting development in communities once plagued by unrest. By forging strategic alliances, PAP continues to evolve beyond amnesty into a catalyst for nation-building.
“Security is everyone’s business; and we must build it together,” Chief Otuaro noted.
With partnerships like this, the future of the Niger Delta looks brighter and more secure.
