A member of the House of Representatives representing Ilaje-Ese-Odo Federal Constituency, Hon. Donald Kimikanboh Ojogo, has extolled the virtues of High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, describing him as “a living legend and an enigma who defines humility, humanity, and true patriotism.”
Ojogo, in a heartfelt birthday tribute on Friday, joined a chorus of admirers and patriots across the country to celebrate the former freedom fighter turned security consultant, noting his immense contributions to the welfare of his people and the advancement of the Ijaw Nation, the Niger Delta, and Nigeria at large.
“001, your unwavering commitment to the welfare of your people and the progress of the Ijaw Nation, the Niger Delta, and Nigeria in general is indescribable. The dividends are clearly evident,” Ojogo said.
According to him, Tompolo’s enduring legacy and patriotism transcend comprehension, as his efforts continue to resonate with millions who see him as a symbol of hope, strength, and progress.
“You have exemplified a rare form of patriotism that defies mere human comprehension, even as you continue to mean many things to numerous people. In all of this, your footprints are genuinely embedded with positively impactful effects on society,” he added.
While praying for God’s continued grace, good health, and longevity for the celebrant, Ojogo reaffirmed his admiration for Tompolo’s unwavering commitment to progressive ideals.
High Chief Ekpemupolo, who currently serves as Chairman of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, has been widely acknowledged for his role in combating oil theft and promoting youth empowerment across the Niger Delta.
