PAP Training Centre Head, High Chief Sofiyegha Ayebi, Felicitates Edgar Daniel Biu on Birthday

The Head of the Ondo Vocational Training Centre of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), High Chief Sylvester Sofiyegha Ayebi, has extended warm birthday wishes to Mr. Edgar Daniel Biu, a Technical Assistant in the PAP.

In his goodwill message, High Chief Ayebi described Mr. Biu as a dedicated professional whose contributions continue to strengthen the mandate of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
