PAP Administrators Visit to the UK: NAPAG Appreciates High Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro for Visiting UK Students Beneficiaries of PAP
The National Association of Presidential Amnesty Graduates (NAPAG), through its National Coordinator, Senior Comrade Somina Morrison Igani, has expressed appreciation to High Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, for his recent visit to students beneficiaries of the programme and Niger Deltans in the United Kingdom.
The visit, described as a significant gesture, was aimed at engaging with the students and providing support to those who have benefited from the Presidential Amnesty Programme. Senior Comrade Igani highlighted that the visit reflects Dr. Otuaro’s commitment to the welfare of the beneficiaries and his dedication to ensuring the programme’s continued success.
“We are grateful to High Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro for taking his time to meet with the beneficiaries and members of the Niger Delta community in the UK,” said Igani. “His visit is a testament to his leadership and the importance he places on education and the well-being of Niger Deltans in Diaspora”
The Presidential Amnesty Programme, established to address the issues arising from the Niger Delta conflict, has provided educational opportunities and vocational training for thousands of Niger Deltans, fostering peace and development in the region. Dr. Otuaro’s visit is seen as an effort to strengthen these initiatives and maintain a close connection with the beneficiaries.
