PAP Administrator, Chief Otuaro Strengthens Ties with Diaspora Students During UK’s Visit

The administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Chief Dennis Otuaro, Ph.D,

has held a meeting with PAP diaspora students currently pursuing their studies in the United Kingdom earlier today, August 18, 2024.

During the meeting, the students expressed their heartfelt gratitude and excitement for the Administrator’s commitment to their scholarship and welfare. They commended his kind gesture and dedication to their academic success.

In response, Chief Otuaro emphasised the importance of academic excellence, urging the students to take their studies seriously and become good ambassadors of the Niger Delta region. He encouraged them to make Nigeria proud by achieving their full potentials and contributing positively to the country’s growth and development.

He further admonished them to be peaceful and law-abiding citizens in their foreign environment to avoid creating the wrong impression about the people of Niger Delta and Nigeria at large.

The meeting served as a morale booster for the students, reinforcing the Administrator’s support for their educational pursuits, commitment towards making the amnesty programme more robust and encompassing.
