PAP Administrator, Dr. Otuaro Receives High Rating From Arogbo-Ibe Movement

With a strong sense of solidarity, the Movement for the Rights of Arogbo-Ibe has unanimously passed a vote of confidence on High Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro (PhD), the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) and Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta Affairs.

The movement, which represents the collective interests of the Arogbo-Ibe people, convened on the 2nd of September, 2024, at the Civic center of Arogbo, to deliberate on the progress made so far in the Niger Delta region.

After exhaustive discussions and evaluations, the movement resolved to pass a vote of confidence on the Amnesty Boss, commending his exemplary stewardship and passion for the region’s growth.

In a statement jointly signed by the movement’s coordinator and secretary, Comr. Hosea T. Ebikontei and Comr. Stanley Bomi; “We, the people of Arogbo-Ibe, are impressed with the progress made by High Chief Dr. Dennis Otuaro, in the Presidential Amnesty Programme. His unrelenting drive in regional transformation is evident in the various initiatives and projects undertaken by the PAP office.

We are confident that under his leadership, the Niger Delta region will catalyse a regional renaissance.”

The movement also stressed the need for Arogbo kingdom and the Agadagba-Obon Annex office to be prioritised in all schemes aimed at promoting sustainable development by the presidential Amnesty Programme. They are particularly keen on job placement and economic empowerments that will benefit the people of Arogbo-Ibe and the surrounding communities.

“We urge High Chief Otuaro to continue his good work and ensure that the Arogbo-Ibe people are not left behind in the development process,” the spokespersons added. “We are fully committed to working closely with him to achieve our collective goals and aspirations.”

This vote of confidence is a striking confirmation to High Chief Otuaro’s leadership prowess in the Niger Delta region. It is a clear indication that the Arogbo-Ibe people have absolute trust and faith in his ability to drive positive change and development in the region.
