As High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, turns 54, the Head of the Ondo Liaison Office of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), High Chief Sylvester Ayebi Sofiyegha, has extended heartfelt felicitations to the Niger Delta icon, praising his unwavering dedication to the region’s development and human empowerment.
