Prominent youth leaders, including Famous Ololobou, Ijoukumor Oturubo, and Samuel Ijeleba, praised Otuaro’s commitment to fostering inclusivity and sustainable development through the PAP. They also urged him to remain steadfast in his efforts despite attempts by detractors to undermine his achievements.

“These detractors are working against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s renewed hope agenda, which Dr. Otuaro is diligently implementing for the region’s stability and growth,” the leaders emphasized, calling on anti-Niger Delta elements to cease their disruptive activities.

In his acceptance speech, Dr. Otuaro expressed gratitude for the recognition and reaffirmed his dedication to the peace, security, and development of the Niger Delta. He noted that the award would motivate him to intensify efforts to fulfill PAP’s mandate in line with the President’s vision.

“I want to thank you for honouring me with this award. For me, it’s all about service to our people, and that’s what President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, expects. We must safeguard our region from disruptive elements and work together for peace and progress,” he stated.

Dr. Otuaro urged the youth to reject the influence of destabilizing forces and remain committed to fostering stability and prosperity in the Niger Delta.
