The Movement for the Rights of Arogbo-Ibe (MRAI) has petitioned the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to investigate the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) over alleged lack of transparency in its recently launched Youth Internship Scheme, designed to empower 10,000 youths across the Niger Delta.
