INTERPOL NCB HONOURS PAP ADMINISTRATOR, DR DENNIS OTUARO, WITH MERIT PLAQUE

The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has been honoured with a merit plaque by the INTERPOL National Central Bureau (NCB), Abuja, in recognition of his outstanding support to the INTERPOL NCB and the Nigeria Police Force, as well as his meritorious service to the nation.

The presentation took place on Tuesday at Dr. Otuaro’s office in Abuja, where the plaque was formally handed over by ACP Usman Ahmed Abdul-Dimka on behalf of the leadership of the INTERPOL NCB, Abuja.

According to INTERPOL NCB, the honour was bestowed on the PAP Administrator in appreciation of his consistent cooperation, institutional support, and contributions towards strengthening security collaboration and law enforcement efforts in Nigeria.

Receiving the plaque, Dr. Otuaro expressed profound gratitude to the INTERPOL NCB and the Nigeria Police Force for the recognition. He described the honour as both humbling and motivating, reaffirming his unwavering commitment to national service.
