I’m done with Fubara’s Political career _ Wike
Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, has declared that he will no longer support Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara politically. During an interview on Channels Television, Wike expressed his frustration, stating that his previous support and sacrifices, including engaging with various groups to aid Fubara’s rise, have been met with false accusations and demands for excessive funds.
Wike emphasized that his criticism of Fubara does not hinder the development of Rivers State, asserting that he is not interfering in the current administration. He noted that he managed to navigate political challenges during his own tenure as governor without causing setbacks and suggested that if Fubara chooses not to embrace leadership, that is his prerogative.
