Hon. Donald Ojogo Pays Courtesy Visit to the Agadagba of Arogbo-Ijaw Kingdom

Hon. Donald Kimikanboh Ojogo, Member representing Ilaje/Ese-Odo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives paid a courtesy visit to His Imperial Majesty, Pere Zaccheus Doubra Egbunu Esq., the paramount ruler of the Arogbo Ijaw Kingdom.

The visit, which took place at the palace of the Agadagba, was aimed at formally introducing the technical details of the flag off project of concrete of Awgbobiri today and familiarising the contractor with the Agadagba and the people of Arogbo-Ibe. This initiative underscores Hon. Ojogo’s commitment to transparency and community engagement in developmental projects.

Among the dignitaries present at the event were High Chief General Ayebi Sylvester Sofiyegha, Head of the Ondo State Liaison Office and the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), as well as the contractor team led by Engr. Adekunle Tijani. Also in attendance were His Royal Highness F.J. Feku, The Tarabiritorhu of Arogbo, High Chief Japhet Ibori the Agwo of Agwobiri, and Hon. Samuel Jemi, Chairman of Arogbo LCDA, alongside with other respected chiefs of the kingdom.

During the visit, Hon. Ojogo reaffirmed his dedication to ensuring that developmental projects in Ilaje/Ese-Odo Federal Constituency align with the needs and aspirations of the people. The Agadagba/Paramount Ruler of Arogbo-Ijaw Ibe (Kingdom), His Imperial Majesty, Pere Zacchaeus Doubra Egbunu Esq., (JP, FCAI, LL.M) Opukutu III, welcomed the initiative and urged all stakeholders to collaborate effectively to ensure its successful execution.

The visit concluded with goodwill messages and assurances of continued cooperation between the government and the traditional institution for the advancement of the Arogbo Ijaw Kingdom.
