The Torukurowei of Arogbo-Ibe Kingdom, High Chief Prince Toikumoh Toboulayefa ThankGod (a.k.a. Osuwogidigidi 1, The Three Lions of Niger Delta) and Chief Executive Officer of Three Lions Sakajoe International Security Limited, has joined other well-wishers to celebrate the birthday of the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), High Chief (Dr.) Dennis Burutu Otuaro, Ph.D.
