High Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro Advocates for Unity and Development in Niger Delta During Meeting with Head of Civil Service

In a significant move to enhance peace and development initiatives in the Niger Delta, High Chief Dr. Dennis  Brutu Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, today paid a courtesy visit to Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation. The high-level discussions centered on establishing a strategic partnership aimed at promoting unity, sustainable peace, and broader development in the Niger Delta region and across Nigeria.
