High Chief Dennis Otuaro Promotes Arogbo Son Doubra Kemini to Lead Peace and Stakeholder Management Office

In a move aimed at bolstering peace-building initiatives and improving stakeholder management, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, PhD, has appointed Kemini Doubra Godswill as the Acting Head of the Peace Building and Conflict Resolution/Stakeholder Management Department.

Kemini Doubra Godswill, a native of Arogbo in Ese-Odo Local Government Area, Ondo State, takes over from his previous role as Assistant Head within the same department. His promotion marks a significant advancement in the programme’s efforts to maintain peace and foster effective relationships with key stakeholders.

The Presidential Amnesty Programme continues to play a pivotal role in addressing the lingering challenges of post-conflict recovery and socio-economic reintegration within the Niger Delta. Godswill’s leadership is expected to further strengthen these goals, contributing to sustainable peace and enhanced conflict resolution strategies.

Chief Otuaro praised Godswill’s dedication and past contributions, stating, “His commitment to peace and strategic thinking makes her the ideal person to lead the department at this critical time.”

Godswill’s appointment is seen as a positive step toward consolidating peace efforts and addressing complex conflicts in the region. The stakeholders have expressed optimism that his leadership will significantly enhance the department’s capabilities in managing delicate peace-building processes.
