The Head of the Ondo State Liaison Office of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), General Ayebi Sylvester Sofiyegha, has commemorated Dr. Otuaro’s one-year anniversary in office with an expression of deep appreciation for the leadership and vision of his boss, High Chief (Dr.) Dennis Brutu Otuaro.

In a statement marking the milestone, General Sofiyegha lauded Dr. Otuaro for his transformative leadership, which has significantly impacted ex-agitators and the larger Niger Delta region.
