A prominent Niger Delta youth advocate, Frank Ekpemupolo Esq., has applauded Dr. Dennis Otuaro for implementing impactful reforms aimed at enhancing the academic welfare of students enrolled in the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
Ekpemupolo, who once served as Speaker of the Gbaramatu Youth Council, praised Dr. Otuaro for restoring the tradition of supporting students with essential academic tools; a key aspect he noted had been neglected by previous PAP administrations. He particularly highlighted the recent distribution of laptops to final-year students as a meaningful step towards academic empowerment.
“This renewed focus on education under Dr. Otuaro’s leadership represents a return to the foundational goals of the PAP,” Ekpemupolo stated. “Providing critical learning tools and creating a supportive environment shows a leadership style that prioritizes service and student success over personal gain.”
He emphasized that Otuaro’s efforts have brought back a sense of purpose and dignity to the programme, giving beneficiaries renewed hope and motivation.
Encouraging Dr. Otuaro to stay the course, Ekpemupolo expressed confidence in the current trajectory of the programme, describing it as both commendable and promising for the future of Niger Delta youths.
