First Day in Office: Ese-Odo Chairman, Molos, Assumes Office, Pledges Workers’ Welfare

The newly sworn-in chairman of Ese-Odo Local Government Area, High Chief (Hon). Ebimobowei Caleb Molos, formally assumed office today at the Council Secretariat, Igbekebo, with a pledge to prioritise staff welfare and grassroots development in the Local Government Area.

Accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Tibiebi Tope Molos, his Vice, Ms. Beauty Modimu Fayowole, and key political figures, including the All Progressives Congress (APC) State Deputy Chairman, Hon. Agbara Ikoto Atili, and the Local Government APC Chairman, Hon. Descent Opinmi, the Chairman, was warmly received by party leaders and supporters. Also, in attendance were Hon. Corporal Nanaopiri, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor, Hon. Japhet Eregha, Special Assistant to the Governor, Hon. Samuel Jemi, and the Acting Chairman of Arogbo LCDA.

Expressing his gratitude, Chairman Molos thanked God Almighty for the privilege to serve while appreciating Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa and party stakeholders for their support in his electoral victory.

In his maiden address to the Council Staff, he urged them to be diligent and punctual, assuring them that their allowances and entitlements would be handled promptly, given his experience within the Local Government system.

To mark the commencement of his administration, the Chairman embarked on an inspection tour of the Council Secretariat, assessing the state of offices and facilities to gain firsthand insight into areas requiring attention.

With a commitment to grassroots governance and administrative efficiency, Hon. Molos is expected to outline his development agenda in the coming days.
