Ese-Odo APC Leadership Sets New Direction: Monthly Meetings, Party Cohesion, Elders’ Council

In a major show of loyalty and political alignment, top leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ese-Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State have thrown their full weight behind President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR and Ondo State Governor, Hon. Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.

The leaders, in a communiqué issued at the end of a high-level strategy meeting held on June 5, 2025, at Atimati House, Alagbaka, Akure, also announced the imminent formation of an Elders’ Council within the local chapter, signaling a new phase of grassroots reorganization and internal party cohesion.

A copy of the communiqué, obtained by Arogbo-Ibe Voice Reporters, outlined seven key resolutions geared toward repositioning the party for future electoral success and strengthening its structure across Ese-Odo LGA.

COMMUNIQUÉ ISSUED AT THF END OF ESE-ODO APC LEADERS’ MEETING

At the meeting which held on June 5, 2025, at Atimati House, Alagbaka, Akure, Ondo State, the leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ese-Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State met and resolved as follows:

1. Reaffirmation of Commitment: We reaffirm our commitment to the development of our party, APC, as a platform for achieving our collective aspirations and ensuring the continuous growth and development of our people.

2. Party Meetings: We resolved that local government party meetings be held once every two months, while ward party meetings should be held monthly, to enhance our organizational effectiveness.

3. Support for President Tinubu: We passed a vote of confidence in Mr. President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR and resolved to work towards his re-election in 2027 to fully realize the Renewed Hope Agenda.

4. Congratulations to Governor Aiyedatiwa: We congratulate the Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency, Hon. Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on his resounding victory at the Election Petitions Tribunal and reaffirm our continued support and loyalty to his administration.

5. Promoting Unity: We resolved to promote unity amongst party members to boost our chances in future elections.

6. Consultation with Leaders: All elected and appointed officials of the party from Ese-Odo Local Government Area are expected to consult widely with leaders and elders of the party in the discharge of their responsibilities.

7. Establishment of Elders’ Council: We resolved to constitute an Elders’ Council within the Ese-Odo LGA chapter of the party to play advisory role for guidance and support of the party.

By these resolutions, we reaffirm our commitment to building a stronger, more effective APC in Ese-Odo Local Government Area, working together to achieve our goals and promote the development of our people.
