The Safarogbo Community in Ovia South West Local Government Area, Edo State, has issued a disclaimer and rejection notice to the Managing Director of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Ltd. In a letter signed their leaders, which was made available to our correspondent, the community denies authorising certain individuals to submit a request for Tantita employment slots on their behalf.
According to the community leaders, the request was fraudulent, unsolicited, and self-serving. They claim that the individuals involved are not authorised to represent the community and are attempting to deceive Tantita Security Services Nigeria Ltd for personal gain.
The community leaders, including Comr. Ewerigha Tinimowei Terry (Chairman-in-Charge), Comr. Bekewei Hope Ikiyouleimo (Youth President), and Comr. Adaun Michael Miyen (Secretary), have urged Tantita Security Services Nigeria Ltd to disregard the unauthorised request and to direct any future correspondence to the undersigned leaders.

DISCLAIMER AND REJECTION OF FRAUDULENT REQUEST FOR TANTITA SLOTS PURPORTEDLY MADE ON BEHALF OF SAFAROGBO COMMUNITY
Our attention has been drawn to a fraudulent, unsolicited and self-serving request reportedly submitted to your office by certain individuals claiming to represent the Safarogbo Community in a bid to secure Tantita employment slots.
We wish to state emphatically and for the avoidance of doubt that no mandate, consent, or authorisation was ever granted to such persons by the legitimate leadership or the general assembly of Safarogbo Community. Their action is unauthorised, mischievous, and designed to deceive your esteemed organisation for their personal enrichment, to the detriment of the collective interest of our people.
The so-called “Bunkering Association of Safarogbo” is neither a recognised structure of our community nor empowered to make representations or enter into any form of agreement on our behalf. Their move is a deliberate attempt to usurp authority, undermine the community’s unity, and impose a divide-and-rule scheme that we utterly reject.
Safarogbo Community operates on the principles of transparency, collective decision-making, and accountability. Any legitimate correspondence or engagement with external bodies, especially on sensitive matters such as Tantita slots, must emanate only from the constituted leadership whose names and signatures appear below.
We therefore vehemently disclaim, disown, and repudiate the said request in its entirety. Tantita Security Services Nigeria Ltd is strongly advised to disregard any such communication from Unauthorised persons forthwith.
Any future correspondence or engagement with the Safarogbo Community must be directed solely to the undersigned leaders, in whom the community’s authority is duly vested.
We trust in your good judgment to treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and to resist all attempts by impostors to manipulate your good office.
