Diplomat Marbo Reaffirms Loyalty to Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Urges Public to Avoid Misconceptions
The National President of the Niger Delta Progressive Youth Leaders Forum (ND-PYLF), Chief Diplomat Adam E.O.O. Marbo, has addressed recent misconceptions and misunderstandings regarding his relationship with the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), High Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro.
In a statement, Marbo emphasized the importance of understanding that life often presents situations where misunderstandings occur, but these issues remain internal and are resolvable. He made it clear that his bond with High Chief Dr. Otuaro, whom he referred to as his “Boss and Elder brother in the struggle,” is strong and intact.

Marbo further clarified that his appointment as the Head of the Peace Building and Conflict Resolution/Stakeholders Management Department (PBCR/SMD) in the Office of the Administrator of PAP was not influenced by external forces. He stated that Dr. Otuaro personally selected him to serve the people of the Niger Delta, with a special focus on the Ijaw Nation, through his role in PBCR/SMD-PAP.
“I wish to inform the general public and my people not to drag this issue onto social media platforms. We are one unique and united family in the struggle for the emancipation of the Niger Delta people,” Marbo said. He urged everyone to support High Chief Dr. Otuaro in his efforts to maintain peace and security in the Niger Delta Region.
Marbo concluded his statement by reaffirming his unwavering loyalty, saying, “My support for my Oga is 100% percent.
With these words, Marbo calls for unity and backing for High Chief Dr. Dennis Otuaro to ensure the continued success of the Presidential Amnesty Programme and the preservation of peace in the region.
