The leadership and entire membership of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide heartily extend warm birthday greetings to His Royal Majesty, Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo-Asari, Dabaye Amakiri, the Amayanabo of the Source, Torusama Piri, Elem-Kalabari in Rivers State.
We celebrate a true trailblazer whose influence and contribution to the Ijaw nation, the Niger Delta, and Nigeria at large cannot be overstated. Your birthday is a moment of reflection and gratitude for the strides you have made in the pursuit of justice, equity, and liberation for the Ijaw people.

You have paid the price for advocacy, often facing trials that many would have shunned. Your sacrifices have significantly contributed to the progress our people enjoy today.
This year’s celebration carries even more weight, as we proudly acknowledge you not just as a nationalist, but now also as a revered Royal Father in Rivers State. Your ascension to the throne has further elevated your voice and impact across Ijaw land and beyond.
Your relentless efforts in peace-building, defending democratic ideals, championing minority rights, and promoting accountable governance continue to distinguish you as a remarkable statesman in our region.
At this critical time when Ijaw communities across Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, Ondo, Akwa Ibom, and Edo states face new challenges, we call on all Ijaw leaders and stakeholders to unite for the preservation and advancement of our shared heritage and aspirations.
We also appeal to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to deepen collaboration with Ijaw leaders to enhance stability, peace, and sustainable development in the Niger Delta.
