Hon. Alapala Anthony Ebitonmo, the Minority Whip and Member representing Burutu Constituency 1 in the Delta State House of Assembly, has joyfully eulogized his father, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, also known as Tompolo, as he celebrates his birthday today.
