With a hands-on approach that speaks volumes about his leadership priorities, High Chief Caleb Ebimobowei Molos (CEM), the Executive Chairman of Ese-Odo Local Government Area in Ondo state, recently conducted a thorough inspection of the ongoing, extensive renovation work at the Chairman’s Quarters in Igbekebo, the very heart of the council’s political operations.

This pivotal project aims to breathe new life into a crucial government facility that had long been neglected.

The official residence, despite its construction in 2006, had tragically fallen into a state of disrepair and abandonment for years under previous administrations, becoming a stark and unfortunate symbol of systemic oversight.

Speaking to the media, High Chief Molos, underscored the critical necessity of this rehabilitatiin, this was made available to newsmen through his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Denis Pounah.

“Renovating the quarters was essential for the council’s dignity and functionality,” Chairman Molos emphasized.

This initiative, he stressed, transcends mere bricks and mortar; it’s about re-establishing the pride and operational integrity of the local government’s administrative core.

The scope of the ongoing transformation is nothing short of comprehensive. Every critical aspect of the property is receiving a vital overhaul. Work spans from the fundamental pavement surrounding the building to meticulously refreshed ceilings, windows, and doors within.

Inside, no space is left untouched in the ongoing transformation, and essential utilities like the borehole and kitchen are being fully modernized.

It is a complete architectural resurrection designed to restore the quarters to a premier standard befitting the council’s leadership.

Underlining the administration’s robust commitment to efficiency, the entire project is set for an ambitious six-week completion timeframe. This tight schedule, according to the Chairman’s office, reflects High Chief Molos’s dedication to delivering tangible results swiftly and with unwavering accountability.

Hon. Molos’s hands-on inspection of this critical renovation emphatically underscores his administration’s bold mandate to rejuvenate neglected public assets and ensure that all council facilities not only are impeccably maintained but also actively contribute to robust and effective governance.
