The head of the Liaison office in Ondo state, presidential Amnesty Programme, High Chief Sylvester Ayebi, joined thousands across the Niger Delta and beyond in celebrating the illustrious Administrator of the programme, High Chief (Dr.) Dennis Burutu Otuaro, on the auspicious occassion of his birthday.
In his stirring note of commendation, Ayebi eulogised his boss as a fearless advocate and devoted champion of the Niger Delta struggle.
“High Chief Dennis Otuaro, PhD, is not only a renowned Niger Delta activist and scholar but also a trailblazer whose influence continues to shape the destiny of our region. As the Administrator of PAP, he has introduced far-reaching initiatives that empower ex-agitators, restore hope, and strengthen peace across the Niger Delta. His unwavering devotion to justice, empowerment, and development has earned him the admiration of stakeholders at every level of society,” Ayebi declared.
He urged Otuaro to remain resolute in his uncommon service to the Niger Delta and Nigeria at large, while staying true to his convictions and expanding the frontiers of development for ex-agitators and youths across the region.
Ayebi concluded with a heartfelt prayer, wishing the PAP Administrator greater health, wisdom, and divine enablement to scale new heights of achievement and continue writing his name in gold in the annals of Niger Delta history.
