The Management and Staff of Arogbo-Ibe Voice Reporters join thousands of well-wishers across the Niger Delta and beyond in celebrating the birthday of an exceptional leader, builder of leaders, and transformational administrator, High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, Ph.D., Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).

Since his appointment, Dr. Otuaro has exemplified visionary leadership, humility, and an unwavering commitment to peace-building, youth empowerment, and sustainable development. His stewardship has further consolidated the gains of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, inspiring renewed hope for ex-agitators, their families, and the entire Niger Delta region.
