In a show of admiration and goodwill, Arogbo-Ibe Voice Reporters has joined thousands of well-wishers from across the Niger Delta and beyond to celebrate Dr. Paul Bebenimibo, the esteemed Registrar of Nigeria Maritime University (NMU), Okerenkoko, on the joyous occasion of his birthday.
Dr. Bebenimibo, widely respected for his administrative brilliance, humility, and service to education, has continued to stand out as a beacon of excellence in Nigeria’s maritime academic landscape.
